There are a few factors that allow us to pass on great savings on lumber and wood products to our customers:

1. We buy mill-direct. What this means to you, as a customer, is that we get the items we sell directly from the source. This allows us to sell to our customers at the lowest possible prices.

2. We deal in larger quantities when possible. By doing this, we get better prices on the cost of our goods, and can pass those savings on to you. Because of this, we like to quote truck and trailer loads quantites and larger. This does not mean, however, that we cannot save you money on unit quantites. Freight costs are kept lower when dealing with full truck and trailer loads, but we can quote unit quantities as well.

3. We have the ability to buy similar items from many different sources. By "shopping around" to different mills/vendors, we get the best prices. This savings is passed onto you as well.
